I know I'm getting ahead of myself here, but need to have some information to present to the courts (to bring my fiance's kids here) regarding processing times on a few things. I think I have this right but just wanted to run it by the great minds here

We file AP, EAD and AOS at the same time. AOS is processed by our local USCIS field office -in my case Boston. EAD and AP are processed by VSC or CSC. Is this correct?

Our entire case was sent to CSC and everything was approved from there. It took 2 1/2 months to get the EAD, close to 3 months to get the SS card, and almost 9 months to get the Green Card from the time we applied. Hope that helps!

A K1 case can interview at a local office, or be transferred to CSC for adjudication without interview. It is my understanding that I-131s and I-765s can also process at the National Benefits Center.
