How do show income for "odd jobs?"

For the past 3 years I have been receiving allimony and child support. I still receive the child support, however, 4 months ago I stopped getting the allimony. Until I find something better, I have been doing odd jobs such as cleaning houses, babysitting, ect. But how do I show how much money I make when I only started doing this a couple months ago and I still don't have a strong enough clientelle to call it a "business." And the money is so random. I might have a good week and then the next week everyone will cancel. Any suggestions on how I can get the proof of income and proof of employment needed to get my fiance here to the States? The prudent thing would be to get a joint sponsor. It's going to be difficult at present to establish your new income as a steady stream.

I have a similar problem. I teach part time in my home, in addition to a job that is not full-time, and school full-time. So I'm getting a sponsor. Unless your tax return from last year help? I'm new at this, so not sure how much I can help
