First of all, I'm so excited and would like to thank everyone that puts their 2 cents into this page. I don't know what I would do without your help. Thanks!

Now that Ive received the Noa2 I have a letter from my employer along with pay stubs and another intent to marry letter but am confused as to which forms I must fill out in regards to the support. is it the I134 as visajourney states or I864 as the Juarez consulate website does in the packet 3 download?I believe either is accepted but would hate to make this mistake if anyone can point me to the right direction it be greatly appreciated.

These are the instructions for Juarez: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/packetk1may.pdf

They do not state you need the I-864 for a K-1. They state in bold type, "The Affidavit of Support I-864 is not required."

You need the I-134 for Juarez.
