Cr-1 for spouse and step-child

I have a very scientific mind and tend to OVER analyze things a lot. In the interest of saving as much time as possible and avoid mistakes/delays, I'm trying to gather up all materials needed to send in the I-130 immediately after my marriage. What I'm seeing is that I need two I-130s (one for my wife and one for her daughter), but I only need one G-325A for my wife...this form is not required for my step daughter...is this correct? My other conundrum is what to include for evidence of a bona fide marriage. We live apart (and aren't married yet) so a lot of the key evidence we could use isn't available to us (lease, bank account, etc.). The only thing I could manage was adding my wife as an authorized user to my credit card account. Any ideas/tips on other evidence USCIS will accept to satisfy this requirement and move our application along more smoothly? Thank you in advance to all who respond

I am still stumped about G-325A for a child - I know one can be filled out and the parent sign it a certain way, but still stumped about it being required or no.
