Just wanted to let everybody on this site know that my fiancé was approved for her visa this morning. The interview was a piece of cake thanks to this site. She had her interview in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Questions:

1) When did you meet your fiancé?

2) How did you meet your fiancé?

3) Are you sure that he is the father of your baby (my fiancé is pregnant with our son)?

That was it! She was done at 8:40EST after arriving at 6:15EST. Thanks to this site and everybody therein, all of our questions where answered and we even picked up a few "tricks" to make the whole process go faster.

They told her to come back in a couple of days to pick up her visa. So I'll be departing tomorrow to pick up my fiancé.

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

11/19/07- EAD approved online and received same day (actual approval 11/07/07) :)

Hey congratulations!!!!

I really want to know how long she had to wait for going to the states after the appointment!!!

I have my interview the next Dec 11th!!!! and I want to buy my flight ticket!!! My girlfriend is waiting for me and I want to go pretty fast!!
