I was frustrated since there was no appointments for visa available in September and October. So I kept checking online for nearly two days by refreshing my browser constantly. And finally last night around 11:05 pm EST I saw a September 4 and a September 7 slots available. I jumped on the September 7 slot.

My dilemma. My fiancee did not take her medical as yet. So she is going to take it tomorrow. That will give her 7 days between medical and visa appointment.

Good thing I had the 1-134 and supporting documents ready. I will ship it by FEDEX tomorrow and it will get there in one to 2 business days. Do I write anything on the FEDEX package - such as "Visa Documents" enclosed?

Another concern when I jumped on the September 7 visa time slot, I wasn't sure if my application left NVC. The good news is when I called this morning they said it left NVC yesterday the 29 of August. Will it get to the Manila Embassy before September 7 appointment? How many days must it be at the Manila Embassy for my fiancee to be able to have the Visa interview? Can I track my application on its way to Manila?

Thanks in advance for your answers. Eveything is moving super fast. Just the way I like it :)

The one where you apply online for a visa appointment. The link is below. It shows all the slots are filled for September and October. But keep checking and refreshing your browser every hour and if someone cancels it will be available to whoever sees it first.

don't wrong about you package usually it takes less than 5days to arrived at the embassy and 5 days to put it on their system...let's finger crossed :blush:

about your I-134 send it ASAP. but make sure this time you didn't miss a check mark or signatures lol :rofl: joking my advice it's better for her to pick up because just like what happen with my package it got lost..(the courier his not familiar with my fiance area/address lol :bonk: )

about her medical make sure she arrived early before 4am so she could finish in one day(if she passed the medical..let's pray :thumbs: )

yes you could track your package by sending them email (USEM-Manila). but it will take 10days for them to reply so no use lol

best of luck kennard :dance::dance::dance:

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

I'm not sure but it probably will be just on time at USEM. Based on what happened on my papers, which may not be the same with you..

It left NVC on 8/2 and USEM got it on 8/13. I guess the best way to be sure is to call Manila Embassy to be on the safer side to check if your papers had reached. By the way, i sent docs thru fedex this week. sent it mon, fiance got it thurs.

****** Whatever comments i post are based only on what I've done or experienced during this journey. ******

And we should be here to help each other.

Peace out! =)
