TSC does not do K-1's... they are all done at CSC

Double check your NOA1 hard copy - it came from CSC.

There is another active thread of other petitioners in the same situation where late september approvals are hung in limbo somewhere

Yeah, our approval came on 21 Sep and no one seems to know where it's at. Five weeks this Thursday and NVC still doesn't have it.

Anyone know if the file sent to NVC electronic or hard copy? It take me 1 week to received NOA2 from CA to GA. People who file in VSC which is close to NH only take 3 days for NVC to received the package. Why it take more than 2 week from the West Coast.

Sean: I feel worst now since my case could be some where unknown for another 4 weeks. I wish USCIS give us the option to pay for delivery of the package.

Vermont is much more efficient than CSC and apparently has more personnel and fewer applications to manage. They all send everything hard copy and CSC appears to wait until they have enough to fill the pouch.
