The DS-3032 applies to the IV application form and civil document submission.

So, if you want to receive instruction about this...submit your details.

If you want your wife to receive the form and instructions....submit your wife's details.

Pakistan is not an electronic processing consulate, so your immigrant visa application will have to be sent physically to NVC with original signature(no photocopy of signiture accepted)

In about 90% of cases people put the Petitioner as the agent. Those who have a lawyer already have that designated. When living abroad some use a family member here. All this form is about is who do youwant your mail to go through. Since most of us have the beneficiary living in countries where mail is horrible and they may never get, most elect to pick the Petitioner that in majority of cases lives in USA where mail is more reliable.

It uslly takes about 7 days for NVC to look at AOS package and approve. They will not email you and let you know you have to call if you want to know if they accepted.

The IV Bill will not be invoiced until you send the email DS-3032 and its about 2 weeks after that they accept and your IV BILL is invoiced.

Give the wife details in DS-3032 forms...this is the faster process for IV case..

You should do this ASAP. Until you submit the DS-3032 your IV processing will not move forward. You're holding up the process.

It is recommended to indicate the spouse living in the US as the agent.
