St. Luke's is located at 1177 J. Bocobo Street, Ermita, Manila.

They are closed the 27th but will be open the 28th

http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

Have copies of passport bio page, confirmation page from scheduling interview online at embassy (or if the embassy mails a confirmation letter bring a copy of that), and of course the 2X2 photos. (copy of annulment is asked for at times)

PREREGISTER at St. Luke's website, it saves time when you arrive. http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

they will not allow companion inside unless the patient is minor or its a mother with a baby and need another person to help her. i was with my brother and they didnt allow him to go inside. but then again, there's a guy who accompanied his wife but was allowed inside. so i guess it depends on how assertive, persuasive and persistent you are. lol. and also it depends if there are a lot of applicants inside already.
