Hello VJ members! My sister will mail her I-864EZ for her husband today. We just want to make sure everything is complete. She has the form completed and attaching her last 3 W-2s. Also she is making a copy of her last 3 bank statements. Is there anything else that she need to include in the package? We appreciate all answers. Thank you and god bless!

Don't forget tax returns for the last 3 years and a letter from employer stating employment and salary verification (if applicable).

A W2 is only part of a tax return. She should be including the complete tax returns with each of those W2 forms. No bank statements are needed with an I-864EZ, because no assets are stated. She would be wise to include a current pay stub showing her pay rate and year to date earnings.

Are you sure this is a 1040EZ? Either way, based on what you wrote, she's not following instructions well.

Have her go back and read the instructions. Much was missed. What she sends in will just delay and frustrate her. Special note: Tax Transcripts are best and she could order them and have in about a week. The NVC and CO's love them.
