hi,

just a couple questions,

1.)...if anyone has used the "James, Short-Cut, BAR CODES"...?

the reason iam asking is, they seem to small.!

and yes i did do the dim., H & W, as stated in instrutions...

i received by phone, wednesday the 15th, my NVC # ,

and thought to as they say, get ahead of the game...

well when i printed out the bar codes for each, DS-230 and I-864,

they seem ''small'' in comparasion to the window on the form...

so, iam reserved to use and just wait on natural order of

NVC and just print there's...

.....................

2.)... e-Mail notification, from NVC, ? how relieable is vs. USPS.

I / We have given to NVC, verbal (over phone) and "emailed" cover ltr. ds-3032,

SO, meaning; after I mail in the packages of documents (complete as for required listings)

for the DS-230 IV and I-864 AOS, then take with me any other remaining documents we've accumatalted...

and here's Q.?

would it be 'SAFE' to say, going back over too wifes country and wait for notification

""" VIA - eMail """ the Notice - Of - Appointment Dates, ''Interview and Med.Phy.''

meaning, I don't want to miss any notifications via, USPS vs Email...

such as additional check-list i keep reading about, OR missing the NOA appointment ltr...

.............

well, please if anyone has input would welcome any words of WISDOM...!

thanks, paragon53... aka; seth...

1. Generating your own bar codes are NO longer needed. The part in that wiki you're reading is extremely outdated as it was meant to speed things up a couple of years ago. But things have changed, and you no longer need to do it. Just wait for the bar-coded cover sheets on the payment portal after you pay the respective bills.

2. You only get email correspondence from them if you've given over both email addresses upon a case number being assigned. If you don't give it over, then they have no choice but to snail mail correspondence to you. If you have given over the email addresses, you WILL get the emails. Just a note: you do NOT get assigned a medical appointment. You do this YOURSELF. The only thing they schedule is your interview, and you'll get the appointment letter by email (as long as you've given over the email addresses).
