Hi everyone I'm not sure if i am posting this question in the right stop!

I want to bring my fiancé to American on a K-1 visa, he is in Lebanon, we just got engaged a week ago but i have known him for a few years, but we didn't do a engagement party or anything due to a death in the family, i was wondering if that would be a problem, and i was also wondering if i had to submit any photos of him and I when i submit the application... can anyone help me who has had any experience recently bring someone on a k-1 visa from lebanon please and thank you!!!!

if you have all of the requirements then just do it. The requirements are mostly the same in every country and make sure you have everything that they need and check your application carefully before you send and have the duplicate with you. Good luck!

YES! You need to have pictures with him. Have you been going back to Lebanon just once or how often since u said u knew him for longer. You need as much proof to state that this is an ongoing relationship & real. You can always file but I'm just advising you to have photos or it will be a long process. But if you happen to have photos with him and also copy of your flight info when u went back if you went before to meet him.

Have you and your fiance met, face to face, at least once, in the past two years?

Do you have evidence to prove this? Passport stamps, boarding passes, ATM transactions, Hotel receipts?

Do you have pictures to back up your evidence?
