I just got the email that my DS-3032 got accepted :dance: Also, on the payment portal my name against the primary applicant and Not Invoice disappeared, I think tomorrow is the day when the IV bill will be Invoiced. I am so happy!

USCIS:

12/06/2011 - Married

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

Just called NVC and NOPE they have not reviewed my DS-3032. Sent 8/18. WOW I am sad now. I am just going to send out AOS tomorrow. Gosh was so hoping I would be all done Case Complete by end of August when I got a 6/29 approval. Today is 2 months since that NOA2. And here I sit waiting for IV BILL to be invoiced.

Yep NVC hates me.

I'm still waiting for the IV fee to show as paid and I'm currently listening to the NVC hold music so I can find out if they accepted my AOS package I sent last week on thursday.

Oh and to add, I've been renewing my passport and it has been 3 weeks. Lets see what comes first, NVC case complete or my passport. :lol:

I have good news :innocent: and bad news :ranting:

GOOD NEWS : IV Bill shows as PAID :dance:

BAD NEWS : Payment portal says database error :cry:

Hopefully by the time I get home my wife can get on and fill out the DS-260 ( which is the online version of the DS-3032 ). I PRAY!!! :innocent:

My wife was able to get in last night and send the DS-260. WOOT! WOOT! :dance::dance:

Now just waiting on some docs from her to send the civil doc's, then the wait for case complete. NVC said they can take up to 20 business days to review documents sent to them. What a shocker :o NOT :no:

But the important thing is that I'm on this step. One inch closer to POE day!! Can't wait until I am driving home with my wife and she is finally with me (L)

Hopefully they should reach NVC by Tuesday or Wednesday due to labor day holiday. After that how many days it should take to get both the packets accepted and get the case completed at NVC?

Today for the last time i checked the payment portal and the IV bill showed as PAID :dance: now i will be not checking, infact addicted to payment portal :rofl:

Also, sent the AOS and IV packet via priority mail and they should be at NVC on Tuesday (4th Sep). Now I am just wwaiting for the case to get completed without any checklist. :whistle: Thanks to everyone who helped me in completing all paper work for this stage.

Well NVC is working the weekend, And the land said within the next day or two I should get my IV Bill email. So maybe tomorrow or sunday heck monday don't care just happy the DS-3032 was accepted.

On my case, I got my AOS invoiced Aug. 30. It shows paid Aug. 31 and received NVC's email of acceptance of our DS3032. My IV bill got invoiced too on Aug. 31 and paid it earlier. Hopefully it'll show PAID by tomm. We will be sending our AOS and IV packet at once to NVC.

Yes they been doing weekends since July, But the lady also says they have full staff all this weekend even monday to get caught up. So get ready everybody.
