I'm worried I won't be getting NOAs on time from USCIS.....or I don't need them?

You dont need them if you sign up for email notifications (when the NOAs arrive in the mail, you can just keep them for your records). Even if you didnt have email, the process would still continue, whether you knew it or not.

Also the link you gave says:

"An I-864 form is also included that must be filled out by the petitioner (living in the US)."

This confuses me again. Must I live in US when filing for spouse?

Nope. All the forms are geared towards this situation but you only have to prove intent to live in the US. The more to prove that the better

What happens when the case is denied?

Very rare so there would be a specific reason - more likely you get an RFE in the process which is a request for more info. You just comply with it and after a short delay the process continues

Is bank statement required in I-864? Or just tax returns?

Tax returns and pay stubs to prove your income. A letter from your employer also helps - especially if your employment is continuing in the US. You may need bank statements if you are qualifying on assets rather than income. If you have a US bank account, then a bank statement would go towards intent to live in the US (establish domicile)

The I-864 is submitted after the petition is approved. If you want to know about the I-864, download it AND its INSTRUCTIONS and study them carefully, then ask remaining questions. This is a do it yourself discussion board, with emphasis in the DO IT YOURSELF part. You are asking to be spoon-fed. Not appropriate here. Do your homework. Study the guides, forms and instructions CAREFULLY, first.

As I mentioned before, I live abroad and do not have income right now. My brother who is US citizen living in US will be co-sponsor. I can only provide my tax returns and my bank statement from USA bank. My brother can provide his tax returns and pay stubs. Is this going to be complicated for USCIS, NVC or Consulate? What do you think?

This "type" of questions, yes. But when your questions indicate you've not yet carefully studied the guides and form instructions that will be critical to your ultimate success, we tend to refer you to those sources. We'll be here to answer the remaining questions after you do your homework, instead of spoon feeding you. You see, if you don't do the homework, you actually won't know WHAT you need to be asking about.

Thanks very much.

They deal with joint sponsors regularly. If done correctly by the sponsors and properly documented, no problem. Lots to study on this too but it will come later, after the petition is approved.

Quick questions:

How Affidavit of Support is sent having co-sponsor? Do I and co-sponsor mail both I-864s with tax information together in one envelope or it can be mailed separately?

Being abroad right now how do I get tax transcripts from IRS?

Google "tax return transcripts". They can be faxed. How to submit the I-864, with or without a joint sponsor is covered in the I-864 instructions. Once you've studied those, feel free to return with remaining questions.
