Can i email DS 3032 with case number but no INN yet?

Hi people, I have a question regarding the NVC process. I called on Friday to see if NVC had my case number and they finally gave it to me after a couple of weeks. Then the agent told me that they were sending an email to petitioner and beneficiary with DS 3032 and AOS Bill. My question is as i still dont have the INN number, Can i start emailing the Choice of Agent Form or Do i need to wait until i got the email from NVC?

Follow the steps and you would be able to email the DS3032 to NVC look at the template used when emailing NVC.

I would advice wait until you have both numbers then you can send the DS-3032,...... i sent mine when i got the invoice to pay the AOS, i got the invoice 3 days after they the operator gave me my case number and IIN........

you only need a case number, and there are some mistakes in that email template, but it works great so far!

I made up my own email template. but used the LingChe as a guide and the DS-3032 Form from the NVC.

How many days after NVC received yours paperwork did it take to get the case number? And did you email the DS3032 immediately after that? Did you receive a response of them accepting the 3032? thanks, John
