Hey guys,

Nobody can probably answer this question for sure but I thought i would ask anyway - It says that my case could be adjudicated Sept 17 - Oct 6, do you think it will really happen in this period? I know that this date is based on other people's timeline, etc... I guess, I just don't want to get my hopes up and get disappointed :(.

You are right no one knows. But most of us theose predictions were right on point. I got NOA2 2 weeks before my predicted date and I went through in 3 months 1 week 5 days. Who knows really.

Just brace for the long haul (5 months or more) than anything before that is a nice texting/email surprise that seems to always come in the late night hours. :D

You are with CSC, and they seem to be doing a bang up job right now, so you shouldn't have to wait long! Just expect the worst and hope for the best. It's all we can do.

Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Process & Procedures to Site-Related Discussion; topic is about the estimated date of adjudication in the VJ timeline feature that is based on data provided by VJ members.

OP, the petition I filed was approved on the front end of the estimate. However, accuracy of the estimate depends on how often VJ members update their timeline information.
