Hi sis..

Try searching for DCF. That is the quickest way for you to get visa or GC in USA.

If the children have claims to US citizenship then they will both need US passports, not visas. Your US citizen spouse will need to file a CR1 petition for you using form I-130 so that you will ultimately obtain a green card. Start with this VJ Guide >> http://www.visajourney.com/content/dcf

If you are already married and lives overseas you can apply IR-1/CR-1 Visa thru Direct Consular Filing or check this: http://www.visajourney.com/content/dcf

But if you really need to go there asap, get another visa like Medical Visa as they will understand your situtaion.

It will take 6-12 months to get you an immigration visa. You cannot get a tourist visa to go to the "US for at least 2-3 years visit" - that's called living in the US and not a visit. You cannot get a medical visa since you are not sick.

Your daughter may have a claim to US citizenship, so your husband needs to file for a CRBA and US passport.

If your daughter needs medical attention, then your US citizen husband can take his US citizen daughter to the US. You will have to wait for an immigration visa.
