As I couldn't sleep, I called the NVC this morning to see if they had issued us a Case# and Beneficiary#, and lo and behold they had. 104 days from I-129F NOA-1 to Case#. I have gotten discouraged at times, even cancelled my part of our return flight (left Jamnan's in place as it was a frequent flier ticket with no change penalties). Looks like I may need a one-way ticket myself.

The customer service person stated that it would be transferred soon, but no date promised. I was so happy I didn't care, but I recovered and sent my first query with our case#

The number at NVC is 603 3340700

You need either your case number or USCIS receipt#

Try calling earlish as the wait times can stretch out.
