hi, i was wondering. who's july noa2 approval and already got their nvc case#?

please indicate what country =)

and what time of the day you called nvc(pacific time/eastern time or etc)? (i ask this because just like the noa2 csc approved case at night time (9pm california time) maybe it the same thing w/nvc :blush:

also, when did your noa2 got approved.

My NOA2 was approved on 7/24/2012 and was received by NVC on 7/30/2012. I called NVC on 7/31 around 6pm MST to see if they received my case and they said they received it on 7/30/2012 and gave me the case #. My K1 visa is for Jamaica.

Hi,

We received NOA2 on July 20th, then we called NVC on July 31th and were told the case was already on its way to the embassy in Warsaw (Poland). Pretty fast, we were not expecting it at all, apparently California Visa Center is getting better at handling petitions!

Oh, almost forgot about it. We called NVC around 9AM Eastern Time.

Hi,

You could also post in the forum of the link I provided you with questions concerning February filers. I am sure those guys can give you good responses. You will get more attention to your matters that way. You've just reached 5 months with your NOA2. Don't start panicking yet. 5 months is just an average.

My NOA2 was approved June 28. My fiance is from Dominican Republic. Ive called just about every other week and scanned my NOA2 and still nothing. The USCIS said if it hasnt been 90 days theres nothing they could do. Another 3 months, yeah! :wacko:

oh no...i will ask for service request because i know NOA2 has expiration dates..which is ONLY 4months since they issue the approval..you should try..goodluck!!!!!!!

We got approved 20th July and sent it to Dallas on the 12th March! Quite quick i think reading other stories. Also managed to get my LDN number 5 days after being told we had been approved.

Now just entering the nightmare that is packet3/visa payment,medical,cover letter, interviews.......Jeeeeze is it to late to back out lol?

Hello Maria I received the NOA1 on 02/08/12 and still waiting for NOA2 (177 days ago), I hope next week will receive the approval text according to the average on VSC.

We have to keep crossing fingers.
