hi everyone, my k1 petition was sent to texas, and according to uscis wedsite taxas does not process k1 cases. has anyone had theirs processed at taxas before? pliz i need some help here.

There is no Texas service center for K1 visas.

Your case was sent to the Dallas Lock box. From there it is forwarded to either vermont or california

Your NOA1 will have your case reference on it, also tells you the service center, EAC is Vermont and CSC is California.

You should get a letter in the mail soon that will tell you which of the two service centers it was sent. Right now VSC is slower than CSC.

WAC is California, when it comes to case numbers.

What does your Case reference number start with on your NOA1 and 2?

Not sure about spousal visas as these are processed differently. OP is a K1 filer

i do not think you are right, no k1 cases processed at texas sevice centre. look carefully at your receipt. wac is for califonia. thanks guys for your support.
