Hello I have a question I have not started my petion yet but soon will be for my husband, I wanted to know about the sponoring part. If I get a co-sponsor do the co-sponsor have to stay in the same state as me? I have 2 people willing to do so for me but they both stay in different states one in Virginia the other in Penn. I live in NY state.. Thank you in advance...

Nope they don't have to live near you or same state. Just have to be either US citizen or LPR.
