Got letter in the mail today that I will be getting my green card before 60 days.

Also got email that my green card is picked up by USPS and with a tracking number. It can't get better than this yay :dance:

So even if we get our green card today, most of us would still need to wait to have been here exactly 3 years to proceed for the final N400 correct? For us, that would be April....

Is it just me or someone else on this thread have submitted statements and utilties since the date you got married or the date you got your conditional green card? I am concerned because I might be getting RFE since I only submit since I got the conditional green card, and not when I got married in April 2010.

3 years from the first Green Card issue.. Actually 90 days before then, same as you did for the ROC....

Sad to think we will be filing for citizenship in roughly 3 months, and he may or may not have his unconditional green card by that time.

Yes that is the case for anyone that is going thru VSC, as per the USCIS site VSC is currently taking 9 months to process ROC application.

Personally it makes me mad the politicians are so eager to fix the immigration system for illegals but they do not want to do anything for ppl who are apply thru legal means.

I think you will be okay as long as your documents span the 2 years you have had your green card. Good Luck!

Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.
