Hi Dear vj, i m trying to contact embassy but the number is not working,when the call connect its says press 1 to talk to operator and when i press 1 directly saying that good bye, plz help me

Yes its not working....just write email on us consulate website....

I emailed them like five time but no response yet they even don't replay of emails what is alternatively way?

call them E.MAIL. THEM fax. them call. after lunch monday thru friday, between 12;30 and3;30

i know what you're going through Im dealing with the same problem, Im thinking to fax them did you try that yet?

When I've called the embassy it will also say goodbye. That means all the lines are busy. Just keep calling back over and over again until you get through to someone.

Finally i just talked US embassy on phone, the guy he said that we send ur case back to USCIS through NVC for final decision they will contact you in one month...!!! Insha Allah

when you calling to us embassy in Islamambad , and said good bye thats mean they are busy on with someone on the line you should keep trying once that ring ,,,, they mean they will pick up the phone but make sure when its not hoildays .... i hope thats help for you good luck brother

When i email at pakivinfo@state.gov and webmasterisb@state.gov soon after sending the email i receive email delivery failure. I have tried many times emailing them but its useless. Has anybody else faced this problem?????

They changed the way you send emails... this address no longer works...

Go to this link http://islamabad.usembassy.gov/contact-information.html and click on the blue section saying to submit an email inquiry...

I have sent several emails since they started this but with no luck getting a response... maybe you will be able to!

Thats good! .... yes if you submit requested documents they should reply to ease your mind that they did receive them and im glad they did hopefully you will get them reviewed soon!!!

However.. if you make an inquiry to the case status unfortunately they wont reply... usually anyway

Well, problem again.

I m trying to email them again through the web based system (the link EAbbas provided), but when i submit the email it says "You have already submitted the form". Does that mean one person can email them one time only through that web based emailing system????

Help plz....
