I called NVC this afternoon and the operator gave me my case and ID number. I asked her about my spouse emailing the choice of agent. She said that I have to wait till I can the copy in the mail. I thought that once you get the case number, the beneficiary should go ahead and email the choice of agent. Please advise if my spouse should email the DS3032 despite what the operator told me. Your thoughts.

I was told I had to wait 10-20 business days to get instructions and I cant do anything now,

but I went online and was able to complete the choice of agent electronic DS-261 (select embassies only)

So yes , you can go ahead and send in DS-3032 and once its accepted you can go online and pay the fees

Ignore the operator. If you've given the email addresses over, you can email the DS-3032.

Hi, I got my invoice ID number and I did send an email with the choice of agent and got a reply that it's been accepted (at least that is what I thought). Today my husband called and they said the same thing to his as they did to you, you need to wait 10-20 business days to get instructions. Do we receive instructions by mail or email as well? And would receiving those instructions mean we can go ahead and pay our first online bill??? Please let me know if you know the info.
