Hi all, yest i had my interview at the london embassy, they took originals of all forms and copys, but when it came to handing in my police certificate the guy who was taking my docs only wanted the original. i was told would get all these back at the interview...i was given a bunch back, but didnt examine them then and there, but it seems they kept my police certificate...is that normal? do i need it again for AOS..or in the future along this process.? would it be safe to get another? thanks

I interviewed in London too , both of my police certificates were returned to me. They however kept the tax transcript and the copy I gave them. Didn't realize until I got home. Doesn't matter anyway ,we'll have to get a new one requested for the AOS

They kept our police report at the Manila embassy too. Not that it matters that much if we don't need it again, but it was such a pain in the butt to get, it would have been nice to have had, in case it ever is needed again!
