Embassy Review : It was an early start for me..set off from leicester at 425am on national express coach down to London Marble Arch. arrived at coach stop at 710am and the embassy was only a short 10 minute walk from there.
Arrived at Embassy at 720am there was about 10 infront of me. by 745 i was inside..got my number I902 and sat down and waited to be called. at 8am they started calling numbers..mostly all N ones but after about 15mins i was called to window number one to hand in my docs...was a friendly english guy. all went smoothly, and was given my pink form to fill in to pay for my passport delivery. so i went and sat down..expecting a wait. filled out my pink DX form and before i knew it i was called to window 15..where a chinese american guy was waiting. asked me to write my fiances name down and sign mine. he started with the questions.
How and were did we meet.
How did our relationship progress
when did we meet in person and how many times/ it was at this point it kept trying to thow me by getting dates all wrong.
See u been married before/can u tell me what happened/ do u have children
Was you Fiance married before/ does she have children and whats there name.
Were do u intend to live and support urself/ how much will u be taking with u and howmuch will u both have togehter..to start out with.
If i was to deny your visa today what would you do?/ that one caught me ofgaurd abit.!! just said get married and apply for spousal visa.
He asked about my work and what my fiance did...how much she earned and where she worked.
After what seemd like a ton of questions he said ur visa is approved and pay on way out...
I was so happy couldnt stop smiling.!
Went and paid fee and made my way out..it was 845AM wasnt even in there an hr.!
went and got my phone and phoned my fiance to tell her the good news !!!
all in all was a painless experience.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
