I-485 documentation

I am getting ready to file the I-485 form and was wondering if I need to send current copies of 1. employment letter 2. bank account summary as they were previously submitted during the initial K-1 process. Would submitting the previous copies dated a few months ago be acceptable or do I have to get new statements from my work and bank?

No bank statements needed but you need some tax transcripts. And I would play safe and ask a new employment letter to the employer. That's what I did in fact, even if my husband's work situation haven't change since the K-1. That was so easy to ask for one, and so quick to receive it.. that I thought, why not have a more recent one?

If your position and salary have not changed, the letter from your employer is probably still fine to send. If the bank statements were to prove assets, then get updated ones.
