Email them at nvcinquiry@state.gov. Put your case number in the subject line. In the body of the email put the petitioner's name and date of birth, and the applicant's name and date of birth. Explain to them that they have the address wrong. Then follow it up with a phone call. The number for the NVC is 603 334 0700 Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 12 midnight. Good luck :)
