I'm a europe citizens how wants to get married In America whit my Russian Girlfriend.

she have a working Visa end she lives right now in Boston.

and me my self i Live in UK,but im from Netherlands.

i wood please like to know what i need. so that we can get married in America

Her dream is to get married out side Russia.end if we get married she will com and live whit me in the UK

Massachusetts is very easy state to marry. You both will need proof of age. A passport or English translated BC should work. She will need show proof of address. Take to her city hall building (which is why they need her address) and ask for marriage cirtificate. Fill out and return. There is 3 day waiting period. Afterwhich you are free to marry. The simplest way is justice of the peace. They will come to you and you can marry without witnesses. Or if she is part of church, ask priest.

You don't need a special visa or permission to marry in the US. Just get married.
