Hi, Fill in your Timeline and it will show you an estimated date of approval. Your Lawyer should have received the Notice of Action Letter (NOA1) by now......Good Luck :)

Probably September / October you would hear something... maybe.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I got a receipt date of April 17th. The estimated time to for me to receive notice is between August 28 and September 3. You can can receive this estimate when you fill in your time line. It is unlikely that you will receive any notice for at least 4 months after they receive your petition. It happens but processing is currently at 5 month average.

An approval depends on the Service Center you sent it to, California vs. Vermont, how many applications they received during the week you sent yours, how under/overstaffed they may be and also on the person in charge of approving your applications.

In the meantime you can check out the Colombia Club threads found in the Mexico., Latin & South America forum to learn more about the process, especially the embassy in Bogotáa. Page 1 has the links to the previous threads.

Good luck!
