Wait for

1. Choice of Agent to be accepted.

2. Wait for AOS bill to show PAID.

Once 1 and 2 are true, send AOS package and wait for IV bill to show PAID.

Do I have to wait for the case number to be assigned first before mailing my choice of agent, or can I just do it now?

you donot have to print or sign it. email it. use the VJ DS-3032 template

Hi, how do you get notified that it's been accepted? I sent my via email but got an automated reply from nvc about my case number, petitioner name and so on...and it said the agent will get instruction for further processing. My husnad did get an invoice and instructions, but they explained how to choose the agent with that form "The choice of agent". Does this mean they did not accept my email choice of agent??? What do I do to find out?
