E-verify Notice to Employee of Tentative Nonconformation

I tried doing a search but did not find anything. Pui got a new job last week. Today when I picked her up she had that from work regarding her SSN#. We got her a SSN# about a month after she got her on her K1 and it is in her maiden name. Her greencard is in her married name. Will bringing a copy of the marriage license be enough or are we going to have to go to the SNN office and show the marriage license there? Also she just received her greencard in the mail on Thursday so is it possible one hand of the government is not talking to the other hand? Any input is greatly appreciated.

11-08-2011 Date on text messages but did not receive until 11-22-2011

11-23-2011 Check cashed.

11-25-2011 Hard copies of NOA1s

12-06-2012 Pui's Brother unexpectly passes away and we make an info pass appointment and receive an emergancy AP so she can return home. Pui leaves for Thailand for 2 weeks.

12-06-2012 Get a text message and email that she received an RFE

12-12-2012 RFE for original birth certificate. I swear we sent it along with a certificate translation of it.

12-20-2012 Pui returns from Thailand.

12-21-2012 We send the RFE back for with original birth certificate along with a new certificate of translation(I had to wait for her to return for her to sign)

12-26-2012 text and email they have received the RFE.

12-29-2012 Appointment for biometrics is 01-23-2012

01-13-2012 AP is approved.

01-23-2012 Biometrics appointment. Later during the evening the text and email saying the EAD is approved.

01-31-2012 EAD/AP combo card arrives.

05-22-2012 Email and text card is in production!

Did you change her name SSN after getting married?

No we did not get her name changed with SSN because just received her greencard on Thursday.

I changed my name on my ssn before submitting my AOS before, right after getting married.

In Illinois, I brought my marriage license as proof of reasin to change my last name and middle name. They have it change on the same day but received the card after one week.

I suggest to go to SSN and change her name exactly same name as her greencard to avoid this confusion. She might have problem for credit in the future as SSN is always associated with most legal documenta.

09/15/2011 - CSC cashed check and NOA1 Received

09/26/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice Date (Sent)

What exactly is the problem? The name on the SSN is fine; it's okay that there is a delay. You can change the name on it, however.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

She has to contest the E-verify. Tomorrow she is going to the SSN office with our marriage license that has her name change on it.

Edit: Her SSN is in her maiden name and not her married name now.
