We filed for AOS last December 2011 and I received notification that they forwarded My case to CSC in March..but until now it's still under review.,My question is if ever I receive the GC can I go to Spain? even if i didn't file for AP?

when you get your GC, which makes your a US resident, you can go in and out of country. if no GC, then AP is suggested and needed..

*** Moving from AOS to Traveling During Immigration ***

The greencard allows you to travel in and out of the USA, but it doesn;t allow you entry into other countries. You will still need a visa to travel to Europe.

That's why I'm going to Katmandu,

Up to the mountains where I'm going to,

And if I ever get out of here that's what I'm gonna do.

Have fun!

Yes, a tourist visa. Have a look at the website of the Spanish embassy in the USA, they should have all the details.

And pay close attention to the instructions for the nationality that you hold. I am assuming Philippines, so if you have a Philippines passport you will follow the instructions for folks from the Philippines, NOT for Americans.
