Can affidavit of support one given, be withdrawn later ?

Hi ,

When my spouse applied CR visa for me, one of his relative provided AOS as his salary was falling short a bit

I came here , have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and now my husband is earning good

Can we request USCIS to void that AOS since we can support ourselves now ?

Can the relative withdraw it ?

Or till I get citizenship, it will stay with me ( I will be responsibility of his relative)

NO cancellling of AOS the original sponor will remain on the hook

You can't cancel it. But, as long as you do not use means-tested benefits, it will not be enforced.

The affidavit of support can't be withdrawn once the immigration benefit has been granted.
