Even if she doesn't make enough to sponsor on income, she will need to supply 3 years tax return. For the property, she needs to have an evaluation done (property tax records are not enough).

It is hard to follow this post, but for what I understand your sponsor isn't being helpful.

Find someone else.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

Hi, It's no problem. Your co sponsor can email copies of her tax forms to the embassy in cairo. As long as she has filled out and signed the I-134, the tax forms don't require a signature so they will except through email. Make sure you and your fiance's name, address, phone number and Case Number are on a cover sheet when she email's them to this address. Our co sponsor did this and it worked for us. Good Luck To You :)

to sponsor my hubby

Your information and timeline indicate you are on the K1 (fiance) visa path but you refer to the beneficiary as "your hubby." If you two are married, then he is not eligible for a K1 visa and his application for one would be denied at the interview. If you are not married, you will want to avoid using terms that spouses use to refer to each other (e.g. hubby) because doing so can cause the CO to believe that you two are in fact married and deny a K1 visa on that basis. Others have made this mistake and it have had to deal with the consequences.
