Timeline

hey VJ's okay so i called uscis yesterday to get my case expedited and i got an email today from them stating all they need is letters from my doctors saying weather my condition is acute or chronic...??? I hope this is good news and my case can be expedited!! Anyone else been through this?? :whistle:

Time Line:

Married: 10/18/2011

I-130 Sent: 04/17/2012

I-130 received:04/19/2012

NOA1 via txt/email: 04/24/2012 @ 2:05am

Check cashed: 04/24/2012

NOA1 Hard Copy: 04/27/2012

I just thought it nice to see someone going through the same process that Is a Mrs. Johnson too :)

I was wondering about the expedite thing too but what conditions are considered for that??

Dated for 3 yrs, separated, & reunited after being apart for about 10yrs

Got married: Dec. 3rd, 2011

01/28/12 - I-130 Application filed and sent

02/07/12 - I-130 NOA1 Received neither email nor text.

07/12/12 - Received NOA2

NVC:

08/02/12 - Case number received

08/06/12 - Invoice ID Received

08/09/12 - Aos bill & Ds-3032 received

08/09/12 - AOS bill Paid

08/13/12 - Ds-3032 Accepted

08/15/12 - IV Bill received

08/15/12 - IV bill paid

08/23/12 - Case Completed

09/14/12 - Interview date:10/17/12

09/14/12 - checklist received

Well, they are only asking for supporting documents to determine if you have enough evidence to approve your expedite. I did the same with my expedite request, but they denied mine. I hope that they approve yours, so good luck!

well they sent u a stander message , when u expedite on the phone in the first place they cannot approve ur expedite unless u have to prove the hard ship and the letter from the docteurs ...

i was in the same boat but mine was approved in USCIS in 6 days ...and in 2 days in NVC

so just bring letters and attach them on your e mail and send them to the USCIS and sit and wait. good luck
