hey VJ's okay so i called uscis yesterday to get my case expedited and i got an email today from them stating all they need is letters from my doctors saying weather my condition is acute or chronic...??? I hope this is good news and my case can be expedited!! Anyone else been through this??

The status of this service request is:

Your request for expedited processing has been received. We are unable to determine whether your request meets the expedite guidelines established by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services due to lack of information in your request. However, you may submit or fax the medical record from your physician(s) stating in layman’s terms the diagnosis and prognosis of your medical condition and whether the condition is considered acute or chronic to (949)389-3441 to the attention of w/s 22508 and return a copy of this letter with your response. If you can not submit a copy, indicate the receipt number or A-number on your supporting documentation for our reference

I just thought it nice to see someone going through the same process that Is a Mrs. Johnson too

I was wondering about the expedite thing too but what conditions are considered for that??

Well, they are only asking for supporting documents to determine if you have enough evidence to approve your expedite. I did the same with my expedite request, but they denied mine. I hope that they approve yours, so good luck!

well they sent u a stander message , when u expedite on the phone in the first place they cannot approve ur expedite unless u have to prove the hard ship and the letter from the docteurs ...

i was in the same boat but mine was approved in USCIS in 6 days ...and in 2 days in NVC

so just bring letters and attach them on your e mail and send them to the USCIS and sit and wait. good luck
