I just talked to someone at USCIS and found out that VSC is working on petitions from Jan 23. Has anyone else called USCIS lately?

Thanks in advance.

02/08/12 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.

02/09/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

07/02/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

07/09/12 - NVC received case.

07/27/12 - NVC Case Number and IIN Issued.

07/27/12 - Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/31/12 - AOS bill received via email, paid online.

08/01/12 - AOS marked paid, Mailed AOS packet overnight.

08/06/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

08/07/12 - IV Fee marked paid, Mailed IV packet overnight.

08/07/12 - AOS accepted.

08/13/12 - Case completed

09/14/12 - Assigned Interview date.

10/18/12 - Interview Date

Rok what do you mean your account? When I called like the beginning of May they had said that they were in January...16th to be exact.

I know of someone with the same date as mine that has already gotten approval since like a week or more ago.

Today is 4 months since I've filed... :( I dont even feel up to calling USCIS because they are not being forthcoming nor the information they give is factual.. I'm just so tired and despondent beyond words...

I thank God for Skype and yahoo messenger.. The whole idea of first come first out is a lie because I've seen people with the same date as mine approved sine the beginning of May.

They honestly need to look at the way they process applications.

I second that opinion. My NOA1 is December 5, 2011.

12/01/2011 - I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox
12/05/2011 - NOA1, Vermont Service Center
06/25/2012 - NOA2 Approval
10/03/2012 - NVC processed IV Application and assigned interview date
11/07/2012 - Interview at US Embassy in Caracas - APPROVED
11/20/2012 - Visa Received
12/17/2012 - Arrival home in Buffalo, NY, PoE = Aruba

Lifting Conditions

09/26/2014 - Filed I-751 - VSC

10/15/2014 - NOA

11/10/2014 - Biometrics at Buffalo, NY Field Office

06/10/2015 - Update to case stating new green card is on order. Approved!

06/16/2015 - Update to case stating new green card was shipped with tracking number

06/18/2015 - New Green card arrived!
