:time: . Without knowing the date you sent your petition or when it was delivered, it is impossible to give you any estimated time frame. In the post you made in the other thread, you stated "over a month", but now it is 2 months. The check was cashed which means they received it. What date was the check cashed if you do not know the delivery date? It generally takes anywhere from 1 week to 30 days to receive a hard copy letter of your NOA1 in the mail. However, people generally get there e-notification early on if they filled out the G-1145 form and attached to the petition. If you didn't, expect up to 30 days for the hard copy letter from the day it was delivered (if you know that date) to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after that time, you could try contacting USCIS to verify it was received and get a receipt number.

As previously stated, the petitioner has to call USCIS - NCSC (at the link stated previously), with any information they have, i.e., date of money withdrawal, date of signed return receipt, etc....
