Is NVC Case number mentioned on DS-3032 ?

VJ Experienced Members, I need Urgent advice. Is the NVC Case number mentioned on DS-3032 ? If yes where is it? DOS has emailed my wife the DS-3032 and my in-laws have paid the fees and she has forwarded that DS-3032 form which is in PDF format. I prefer just sending NVC the email format which I have seen here on VJ. But where is the NVC case number, I have my USCIS case number. Any suggestions as I don't wanna waste any time.

However, there is alpha numeric # ISL******* *** just below the bar code and after ISL I purposely put * instead of the 10 digits

Havent you received anything over e-mail from NVC?

And how did you know you can e-mail DS-3230 or the Affidavit of support fee without knowing your case number?

You have to call NVC (603) 334 0700 They will give you two numbers:Case number and you must ask for invoice Id number. However if your spouse payed the AOS bill, she must have recieved an email in regards to the case number.

I am assuming your wife is beneficiary that why she got an email regarding ds-3032.

there should be other documents on the same email. 2/3 pages beside DS-3032 which is Att. for beneficiary and talks about the NVC email address, 24 hrs services, contact numbers and so on. The vary first page has NVC Case number, Invoice I.D. Number and Beneficiary I.D Number.

So, it looks like she just sent you DS-3032 pfd attachment from the original email. On the first page of DS-3032, if you check the left top corner, there should be bar code and some numbers underneath it starting with 3 letters, thats your case number. and ISL seems right to me as it stands for Islamabad. You case should be ISL2012-XXX-XXX, so total of 10 numbers after US embassy name.

I believe, your In-laws know what they are doing. Fee has to be paid via US bank otherwise for couple of days it might show as "In Progress" but eventually it will be " Rejected".

thank you....

Just looked at the e-mails we received from NVC. Yes, the case number is found on the PDF attachments, including the DS-3032 form itself. ISLxxxxxxxxxx would be your NVC case number, as your consulate would be in Islamabad, Pakistan.
