May I know how many days until NVC will receive the approved I-130 petition from USCIS? Do I need to call NVC and ask if they receive the approved petition from USCIS?

Yeah... you have to call NVC. Give a week after your petition is approved from USCIS and then start calling every single day until you get your " Case Number" and 'Invoice Identification Number'.

In general, (As of now) it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your CASE NUMBER after your I-130 is approved from USCIS.

OUR PETITION WAS APPROVED IN 2 APRIL . WAITED 15 DAYS BUSINESS DAYS TO BE RECEIVED IN NVC AND

ANOTHER 15 DAYS TO HAVE THE CASE NUMBER AND IIN

Please don't type in all caps. It is difficult to read and it appears you are yelling at us.

Anyway, it can take a few weeks or a month. You need to be proactive and get NVC on the phone inquiring about your case number. See the shortcuts for a speedy journey through NVC
