The beneficiary spouse's birth certificate is required later at the NVC stage, not when you file the petition Take a Look At The Guide

We didn't list the cover letter on the cover letter, but I guess you could :P

We also put our check on top of the G-1145, followed by the I-130, etc. One other difference, not to say right/wrong, but we didn't list what our "evidence of marriage" was - we had a ton of stuff and didn't want to list it all off. Approved without issue.

Remember one important fact: everything you list/organize is going to be re-arranged exactly the way USCIS wants it as soon as they get it.

besides the photos in the proof of relationship do you have a record of chat logs and phone calls, letters you have sent? Airlines records from your trip and bank statements etc... They are going to want to see that you are in communication every or most days. I would hate for you to get a request for evidence and get delayed. Letters from family and friends could help. I have a letter from my boss saying she is aware of my relationship and approved all the time off I took for my trips, etc....

This is a very tough consulate to get a Visa from and they are going to want all the proof you can give them.
