Hi,

My fiancee is working on a part-time job and he was worry that his income and the info that he fills up on the I-134 won't be enough. But I do remember seeing, reading it somewhere saying that he can have a co-sponsor. How does that work? What to do exactly? The co-sponsor would his dad, so does the his parent need to fill out anoter type of form?

Thank you so much.

The co-sponsor will need have enough income to meet the 125% poverty level requirement for their household size plus you, the beneficiary. They would each fill out their own separate I-134 forms, and provide a letter from employer, 2011 tax transcript, and a few months worth of their most recent pay stubs. The co-sponsor will also need to provide proof of being a USC or LPR with a copy of a birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, a copy of the bio page of U.S. passport, or front and back copy of green card. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Yes, they would each fill their own 134.
