hey guys, I forgot to include the letter of intent on my K1 petition . Will I get an RFE for that or my fiancee can just bring it on the day of the interview? need some advice/enlightenment. Thank you very much.

As far as I know, not including an item needed in your packet or you fill it out incorrectly you will "probably" get a RFE, but you won't know until you get it or you don't.

I don't think there is definate answer, you will just have to wait.

A signed and dated letter of Intent to marry from both petitioner and beneficiary must be submitted with the I-129f petition and the Visa Application. Sorry but I see a RFE coming. I suggest getting those letters of Intent to marry now, so you will have them ready if and when you receive the RFE.

You will likely get an RFE, BUT at least that is a quick fix! I would have it ready. IF they send an RFE, get it to them fast and you will be back on track! Good luck, it will be ok!
