You cannot define a list of questions which may be asked at an interview, but there are some things you must know about your spouse and should be able to convince officer that you have a legal and true relationship with your spouse:

examples:

1. Where does your spouse lives in USA? (remember city, state and postal address)

2. What type of home your spouse has in USA? (e.g. house, condo, townhome, apartment etc.) PS: I have seen one instance where applicant was asked how many bedrooms your spouse has in house.

3. How long do you know each other?

4. When was the last time you met your spouse?

5. How long have you stayed with your spouse?

6. What does your spouse do in USA? (e.g. job, study, business etc.) PS: If applicable, you should be able to answer specific company name in which your spouse is working. Also remember from which month/year your spouse is working in the company.

7. What is your plan to do after you go to USA?

8. When and where was your spouse born?

9. When did your spouse became USA Citizen? (Applicable only if your spouse is naturalized USA Citizen)

10. What is your spouse's father and mother's name?

The list goes on from here......... these are just possible examples.

Because although some questions may be the same, there will ALWAYS be differences, some of which will be stark and extreme. Manila is not Kiev is not Kingston is not Santo Domingo is not Guayaquil is not Lagos. The OP is very well-advised to focus on experiences and information regarding India, particularly the consulate where the interview will occur.
