Hi all :)

I got all my documents together and hope they are ready to send of :)

What do you guys think??

I got:

I-485 with:

- G-324 A

- Copy of Visa page and I-94

- Copy of Passport <-- Do not need a copy of the whole passport, just the K-1 visa and front and back of the I-94

- Marriage Certificate

- Birth Certificate <-- Is the birth certificate in English? If not, need a translation

- Approval Notice I-129F

- Vaccination Sheet

- Medical <-- What medical? You only need to send a copy of your DS-3025 if your vaccinations were complete at the time of your overseas medical, or the I-693 in a sealed envelope from the civil surgeon, if you went to one.

- 2 Photograph Pictures

- I-864 with : Tax Return 2011; W-2 2011; Pay Stubs last 6 month

I-765 with:

- Copy of I-94

- Copy of Passport Page

- 2 Photograph Pictures

I-131

- Copy of Passport <--- Just need the biographical and K-1 visa pages of the passport

- Letter ‘Description of Travel‘ <--- This is not needed for a K-1, but won't hurt to send it

- 2 Photograph Pictures

and the G-1145. Do I need this form for all of the 3 different typs or is one form enough? <--- I put one for all 3, but it is just for them to alert you when they receive your petition/application, and since they are mailed together, only one might work too.

Thanks a lot :)

It looks good. My notes above in bold.

send 2 birthcertificate: your and your husband

Birth certificate for the USC spouse is not needed for AOS.

Ok, I just had a copy the first page of my passport

- Birth Certificate <-- Is the birth certificate in English? If not, need a translation

It is an international birth certificate

- Medical <-- What medical? You only need to send a copy of your DS-3025 if your vaccinations were complete at the time of your overseas medical, or the I-693 in a sealed envelope from the civil surgeon, if you went to one.

I do have the sheet DS-3025. And I also have the little medical envelope, which says: Do not open this envelope. Please provide it to USCIS when the medical examination is requested in conjunction with your adjustment of status.

- Copy of Passport <--- Just need the biographical and K-1 visa pages of the passport

That is the one I have.

- Letter ‘Description of Travel‘ <--- This is not needed for a K-1, but won't hurt to send it

Ok, I will send it with it :)

That's what I thought to do too...It won't hurt to put all 3 in it!

THANKS A LOT :) :)

And I will send everything to the Chicago Lockbox, correct?
