just remember, when an adjudicator makes a mistake, is possible the IV unit will gather up the rest of the paperwork. In the end, that file has to be COMPLETE, prior to issuing the visa stamp.

Yer friend got lucky. You should send her some flowers soonish.

The only thing I can say/ suggest is try not to be jealous of others who get approved before you or see to have an easier time than you. You do not know their situation ( your friend doesn't even know

Her fiance had to have filled out all the forms for her and signed her name, so all she handed over was her birth certificate. Or he filled them all out and told her, sign here. Then sent the package.

Still sounds unbelievable. Perhaps the person at USCIS was quitting and just didn't care, decided to approve a bunch of petitions without evening looking at anything.

More important, your friend's fiancé is sort of an idiot for not even reading the list of things he was supposed to send, for forging her signature if he did, and for not even keeping her in the loop about something that affects HER as much, if not more so, than him.

Not a very responsible way to treat your fiancé.
