Log on to the CSC Visa information service site, click on My Account. Print that page that shows your new interview date and time and the DHL/ Loomis branch you chose to pick up your passport. Make a few copies of this. You need to take the confirmation page and the original Package 4 letter to your interview and medical.

To cancel your appointment, log in to the system. Once logged in, select Cancel from the options on the Applicant Summary Page. With this being said, your original interview date might not show up. If it isn't there, DO NOT push cancel or your going to cancel your May appointment. If it's not there, then Montreal will cancel the appointment themselves, just send them an email explaining you got a new interview date.

1. email Montreal inform them of the date change and you wish to cancel the appointment on June 11.

2. log on to CSC and print your account summary page. It has your new interview date and your DHL/Loomis info. You do not have to sign up again. You have already done it.

3. only cancel the appointment on CSC site if it shows two appointments. If it doesn't, leave it alone. The system should have automatically cancelled the first appointment anyway.

When i get interview packet 4 from NVC it says there my interview in on June 11 and if anyone cant keep the appiontment date then they can reschdule.I research on CSC site and called CSC to inquiry if i can reschdule they said yes so they offer me early date(May 22) which was available so they book me an appointment. I email Montreal and their auto response says if you want to reschdule than go to csc website. Here is the instruction ...

http://photos.state....t4-montreal.pdf

So my question is how can i cancel my (June 11,2012) interview which was booked by nvc and be conform that the reschduled( May 22,2012) will have no issue when i go for interview in Montreal.(CR1 visa)

Can anyone help?

I am in the same process with my wife, I just got her interview date today and I would like to reschedule it for an earlier date. When you called was the earlier date available right away or did you have to call back several times?

Hi Mikereff, have you managed reschedule your interview? I'm having problem with that. I appreciate your prompt response.

Unfortunately there was nothing available earlier only later so we had to use the original date. I called every day because I was told sometimes cancelations open up, but we had no luck.

Thanks for letting me know. It's frustrating...I've been given unclear information for months. I do not think the website works, NVC and CSC do not integrate. I was suggested to call for rescheduling, then they set up the wrong category. Agent over the phone has no knowledge of problem solving. I'm given different instructions each time when I call. Frustrating...

Yes it is super frustrating on my login it showed that I had no appointment scheduled even though it had been scheduled by the NVC, as you said zero integration and communication between the two groups. Don't fret you are almost there!
