It will not affect the petition. Since you did not meet him in his home country you should include proof of travel for BOTH of you to show you rwere BOTH in Dubai at the same time to support your story.

I don't see a problem... Where are you in the process?

Photos taken on another country are fine, also if you have boarding passes or train tickets showing that you both were at the same place at the same moment. I guess you also have pictures of you with the ring, and that he has a receipt from when he bought it?

Requirements is not to have been in each other country, but just to have met within the last two years...

How does your evidence compare to the information located in the step-by-step K-1 Guide area titled, "Documentary Proof of Having Met in Person in the Past Two Years and an Ongoing Relationship?" The items listed are what you will need. A letter from you would likely be of little consequence, documentary proof is what the adjudicator will be interested in reviewing.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

I was in dubai 3 weeks earlier than him becuz he was having problem getting a tourist visa for dubai and no we dont have any reciept of engagement ring becuz his mom gave it to him to give it to me. SO does this mean I need to write a explantion letter for everything??

You do not need an engagement ring or a receipt for one or an explanation about one. Not for the petition.

You need ONLY to establish you have met at least ONE time within the two years previous to filing the petition and provide statements that you intend to marry each other within 90 days of his arrival for a petition approval

Nothing else.

Yes, my question about you having proof of the ring was just accessory. These documents are just optional. :)
