Hi,

Can someone please give me an idea as to how I should assemble the G-325A form with the passport photos attached. Can I place them in a ziplock baggie and staple them to the form?

This is my last step and then I will send the packaet out, I am so nervous I feel sick that something is wrong, but it is time to let it go and get it started (Phewwwwwwww):whistle: .

Then maybe for a few nights I can sleep without sweating :blush:

no you should not send a ziplock,, you should staple the pages or put a paper clip to the last page of the G-325A
