Geez, congrats, marie09, hopefully this very last stage (mailing) will go smoothly.

Funny, before I started my I-751 processing last year I was under impression that the whole process takes like 3-4 months max, that what I was getting from people I knew who applied in 2010 - 2011. Now it seems like it's 2 more months + AFTER approval. that's really crazy.

Thank you, fingers crossed the mailing stage is efficient... Hope card production speeds up and you guys don't have to wait as long for the e-mail.

I had the same impression as you Rialtoma over timing. I remember seeing in November some September CSC filers got approved in 2 months. Never expected CSC to take over 6 months to have card in hand...

Looks like the CSC are trying to catch up with Vermont!

Congratulations, marie09.

My friend and his wife who is from Canada filed for their ROC last June and the 10 year green card in hand by September. And they sent their paperwork to the CSC. As you say, it seems CSC is trying to emulate Vermont.

marie09, wasab, did your on-line status at USCIS web-site changed also? And was it the first change from the time they received your I-751 last year?

Yes my online status changed today for the first time since my NOA date last year. It now shows a last updated date of today and when I click on it, it has the message about card production. The initial review circle is no longer colored in and actually no circles are colored in.

Marie, have you received your card yet? I was approved a couple of days after you so I am somewhat hopeful that my card will show up during the next two weeks.
